Grant Brager brings years of consulting experience to Strategic Functions Ltd. and provides business direction and planning. Grant’s operational role is Client Services management, where he can utilize both a business and technical background to produce effective process solutions for a maximum return on investment to our clients. In 1999 Grant founded The Brager Systems Group Inc., a successful consulting company that has merged its resources to do business as Strategic Functions Ltd.

Charles Garrett-Jones has years of consulting in the information technology sector and is a brilliant enterprise architect and technology manager.  Charlie’s operational roles are in application and infrastructure services management and research and development. Charlie founded PlanetX Solutions Inc. in 1999 and has merged those resources with Strategic Functions Ltd.

Philip Cooper is a communications practitioner with eight years experience in public relations and business communications.  With both private and public sector experience, Philip has designed and implemented media campaigns, managed communications plans, trained spokespeople and written speeches.  Philip’s approach to successful business communication includes a strong emphasis on auditing strategic communication processes before and after their implementation.
