We provide services to organizations in multiple industries offering a variety of experience and opportunity.Management ConsultingAs a management consultant you will create value for organizations by improving their performance and implementing technological, organizational and behavioral changes through the application of industry and business management knowledge and best practices.Management consultants will work with senior management and employees at all levels of client organizations, interview clients and other individuals, take responsibility for gathering and collecting data, research external sources, and process figures for presentation to senior management. Potential candidates should hold a high level of numeracy; analytical skills; IT skills; communication and interpersonal skills; self-confidence and the ability to inspire clients' trust. An undergraduate degree in business, economics, or specialized field combined with a graduate education and/or relevant experience is required. IT ConsultingAs an IT consultant you will provide independent and objective advice to client organizations on how best to use information technology to approach business challenges. Often business objectives will include the need to improve efficiency and the way organizations function, with IT used as a means to achieve this. Other responsibilities can include user-training, system auditing, IT procurement evaluations, and project management.IT consultants need to be confident dealing face to face with clients, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-IT people. IT consultants are also expected to hold project experience and experience working with and leading teams. Potential candidates will need to show evidence of team leadership; interpersonal skills; communication; the ability to learn quickly; a logical approach to problem solving; and the ability to think outside-the-box. An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics plus relevant experience is preferred. Technology specialistsAs a technology specialist you are experienced in systems development and/or operations with specific specialization in a technology or application. Systems analysts, developers, database administrators, application administrators, and network administrators are examples of technology specialist roles.Technology specialists will be familiar with the project lifecycle, costing and bidding, consulting with clients, investigating solutions, planning and executing the installation of systems, and making sure that the components in the system perform according to customer requirements. A diploma/undergraduate degree in computer science or relevant discipline and combined with specialized certification or experience is required. Employment:
