(December 9, 2005) – Planet-X Solutions Inc. and The Brager Systems Group Inc. jointly announced today a decision to unite their respective business operations into a single company.  The resulting company, to be named Strategic Functions Ltd., will emerge as a leader in low risk, cost efficient business unit outsourcing.

“The shared resources and experience of Planet-X Solutions and The Brager Systems Group will provide our client’s with a broader range of IT and BSM services to meet their business needs”, said Grant Brager, Managing Partner/Director of Client Services and Solutions.  “Operationally, the establishment of Strategic Functions Ltd improves our ability to target a larger base of customers, and through this action, expand our services into new markets, including managed services”.

Executive leadership of Strategic Functions Ltd. will be headed by founders, Grant Brager of The Brager Systems Group Inc. and Charlie Garrett-Jones of Plant-X Solutions.  A complement of qualified staff, including a designated communications advisor, is also available to work with clients immediately.
