Victoria, BC February 27, 2007 - Strategic Functions Ltd. and Enterprise Project Management Ltd (EPM) have partnered to deliver Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO) web services to several Provincial government organizations, including the BC Ministry of  Small Business and Revenue, BC Ministry of Community Services, BC Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance, BC Ministry of Tourism, BC Ministry of Children and Family Development and the BC Public Services Agency.

Strategic Functions will provide product developement, support, maintenance and managed hosting for SPMO software.
