Strategic Functions provides the Land Title Survey Authority with solutions for critical business systems and business process re-engineering.

Strategic Functions Ltd and Parc Systems Ltd have partnered to provide the Integrated Land Management Branch with critical business systems support and business process re-engineering for the management of Crown Lands for the province of British Columbia.

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia has responsibility for managing, operating and maintaining British Columbia’s land title and land survey systems. The Authority is responsible for activities associated with:

- Land Title Division – ensuring the continued integrity of BC’s Torrens system for registering land titles;

- Surveyor General Division – maintaining the quality of the land survey structure of the Province and issuing Crown Grant documents that transfer Crown land into private ownership; and

- Corporate Services Division – provides the Authority with finance, human resources and corporate support services.
